Policies

Attendance

Students must attend 75% of all classes in order to advance to the next level and to stay in status.

Special days off, irregular hours, or days off for special occasions must be discussed with the Student Director before the absence. Also, if the student is absent due to illness, it is the student's responsibility to notify the Director or Site Supervisor of the absence. If the student provides a letter from the hospital or doctor visited during the time of illness, the absence will be excused.

If the student is absent for more than three consecutive days, the Student Director may contact the student's sponsor to determine the reason. If the absences are not resolved after fifteen (15) consecutive school days, the student will be dropped from the program without a refund of tuition.

Grades

To successfully advance to the next level, students must complete EVERY class with 75% of the requirements for each class.
